Focused and compact, a wide range of products for office, school and hobby can be found here in October.

Yes, the stationary Insights-X will be supplemented by the innovative digital networking platform Insights-X Digital. We are thus linking the indispensable exhibition experience in Nuremberg with the virtual world. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to make their trade show presence more efficient and achieve greater reach. Thanks to the additional services, professional retailers get an easy overview and access to the companies and their product ranges.

Babies, children and young people under the age of 16 are not admitted to the fair. Young people over 16 years of age require an official ID.

Yes, as a registered exhibitor you automatically participate in the Insights-X Digital platform with a digital company profile.

In 2019, 321 exhibitors from 41 countries and 5,669 visitors from 85 countries attended Insights-X.

Insights-X, in cooperation with the Institute for Health and Ergonomics (IGR), presents the Special Award Ergonomics to products that offer demonstrable added ergonomic value and are dedicated to the goal of healthy working. The award is presented in two categories:

• and writing utensils.

Please note that access to the loading yards is only possible against a deposit fee of 100.00 €. Please refer to the entry permit for the approved length of stay. If the time limit is not observed, the deposit fee will be retained.

No. Insights-X is a trade fair for professionals, and only relevant trade visitors are admitted.

A trade visitor is anyone who trades or operates in a commercial context with paper, office supplies and stationery or the other products represented at Insights-X. Professional buyers are the major target group at Insights-X.

Starting 27 July 2022, you can purchase e-tickets online as a trade visitor. No profile will be created when purchasing a visitor ticket. Contact details must be re-entered in the ticket store each time you visit.

If you have received a voucher code for a ticket to Insights-X you can redeem the voucher at www.insights-x.com/en/vouchercode

For the duration of Insights-X, your e-ticket is valid as a ticket for the tariff zones 100/200 (Nuremberg, Fürth, Stein) of the Nuremberg Transport Authority (VGN) on the days of the event printed on it. Please always have the separate VGN printout with your e-ticket with you as proof of entitlement.
